Having been involved in running businesses most of his working life and being involved in race horse ownership and syndicates, Graeme decided to set up Royal Arch Racing where syndicate owners really feel like they own the horse and have a real say in how the horse and races are managed.
Our syndicates have a limited number of shares so that you can really experience the highs and lows of the ownership by attending every race.
We give you the opportunity for the fun, excitement and being fully involved for a low fixed cost.
Please contact us if you can't find the answer to your question
Royal Arch Racing is a syndicate providing shares in carefully selected horses. We limit the number of owners so that we don't have to use a ballot system for race day Owners' badges.
Owners pay the share purchase price and then a monthly fee.
The monthly fee includes
- Trainers fees
- Jockey fees
- Schooling
- Vet fees
- Gallop fees
- Race entry fees
- Clipping
- Farrier
- Racing Silks
- Racing days transportation and staffing (NB Overseas would be at additional cost)
- Bank charges and administration fees
The contract is for 2 years but each year (in May) there will be an AGM to discuss the future of the horse. Each 10% share in a horse will have 1 vote. As a shareholder, you also have the right to sell your 10% share at any point.
As an owner you receive regular (at least weekly) updates about your horse, stable visits and social events. You receive your % of any prize money and any resale values. You also get 2 owners' badges every time your horse runs, plus guest badges for friends and family on a first come, first served basis as well as the opportunity to take home and keep any trophies or gifts won in the race. (On a ballot system)
